Both Anna and Doug have been involved in coaching, mentoring and advising leaders and other consultants in different fields - often in the context of running smaller social impact organizations.

And Anna obviously brings a wealth and breadth of experience having worked for 40 years or so with individuals, couples, families and groups. Many have been within the clinical setting, but a significant number have been with people seeking out her expertise from organizations she and Doug have worked with, in the course of their consulting.
