A fun staff event!

Staff care includes everything to help staff /members, flourish as people - both in and out of the working environment.

Caring for those who care for your customers, clients or beneficiaries is key for organizational success and sustainability.

• We have recently completed a research consulting project in a medical relief organization of 1500 staff working in refugee camps in many disparate countries around the world. Their leadership is now prioritizing a new focus and strategy for staff care as a result.

• Developed strategy with senior staff to develop ‘pyramid of care’ and presented recommendations to CEO.

• Anna has led staff retreats/motivational sessions/’keeping in touch with your staff’ sessions, on self care, stress management, Winning Under Pressure, Coping with Change, often in the context of changes in the organization.
